OUR VISION
BBI Development Group is proposing to build an 140-acre mixed-use development along the Old National Highway Corridor in the City of South Fulton, Georgia. This proposed development will feature three 800-room hotels, three office towers, a museum/convention center, a condominium/retail tower, luxury apartment building, and much more. Town Center @ Mansa Park will be the premier Live-Work-Play experience in the Metro Atlanta area.
The Old National Highway Corridor is one of the region’s most densely populated areas and serves as the largest commercial corridor within the City's limits. Only a few miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, the Corridor is a critical part of the City’s economic viability. This proposed development is centrally located along the Corridor, directly across the street from World Changers Church International – one of the largest churches in the Metro Atlanta area.
The City of South Fulton has developed a Strategic Plan aimed at carving out the best path for the city as it continues to grow. The current Strategic Plan acknowledges that growing the economy and generating sufficient tax revenues goes a long way to addressing some of the city’s greatest needs. The results of a survey conducted by the city government and incorporated in the Strategic Plan show that “more development of the local economy and more job opportunities” are of particular interest to South Fulton’s residents.
This proposed development will generate substantial revenue for the City through property, sales and hotel taxes and will create thousands of new jobs. BBI is proud to make such a significant investment in the City and is committed to serving this community for many years to come.
